DNA repair is an Integrated Project subsidized by the 6th Framework Programme of the European Union. Its full name is 'DNA Damage Response and Repair Mechanisms'. The project is carried out by a Consortium of 15 scientific institutions: 14 academic and 1 industrial organization. The participants are located in The Netherlands, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Norway, Ireland, and France (see list of participants). The coordination is achieved by the Erasmus University Medical Centre in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
